iRoof. iPaint. iCare. Summer 2009
Faith requires we do something, far more then just believe something. Faith requires that we move forward in a way that changes lives, others as well as our own. “Activate your Faith” is all about encouraging and inspiring students to living life as Jesus intended, to a living faith that touches and influences friends and communities.
James 2:22, You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. (NIV)

James Tealy
A deeply spiritual musical-storyteller, Tealy is a post-Katrina New Orleans transplant in Nashville, TN. He grew up in a musically rich Baptist world and holds masters degree from a seminary in New Orleans. His background definitely contributes to the spiritual depth of his songwriting but it’s not theological treatise that he’s crafting. Tealy works with teenagers and college students in churches around the United States and internationally through his connections with various missions agencies. Equally at home on the piano and guitar, Tealy offers a journey from intimate stories of pain and renewal to outright goofiness. Tealy’s honesty in concert is both disarming and engaging.
