The Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management (MT|SHRM) is a not for profit association with more than 785 Human Resource (HR) professionals practicing in business, education and government. Formed in 1967 MT-SHRM has been recognized consistently by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Superior Merit Award Chapter for excellence in operations and service to members.  

MT|SHRM's purpose is to be recognized in the communities we serve as leaders in Human Resource Management by:

• Providing high quality, dynamic and responsive programs and services to our members;
• Being the voice of the profession on human resource management issues; and
• Facilitating the development and guiding the direction of the Human Resource profession.

2009 Tennessee SHRM Conference

The 17th Annual Tennessee State HR Conference is coming to Nashville in 2009!!
