Earlier this year, 3W Studios helped IDT begin to reposition the well-known Redlake brand they acquired from Roper Industries. The brand has now been fully integrated into IDT's product line up with the launch of the company's new site. Packed with great video footage from IDT's cameras, the site reaches the level of design sophistication necessary for a global industry leader. 2008.11.02 A New Brand That's North of Ordinary
Traverse Bay RV Resort has turned to Kidd Group and 3W Studios to help position the park for future sales and rentals. Located in Michigan, the resort has an established and enthusiastic clientele. With new phases of the park being prepared for development, Kidd Group designed a new brand that elevates the resort while keeping one foot firmly on the fun side. The website features a series of video testimonials, photo galleries and area information. The dual emphasis of sales and rentals is spoken to on the site, and will also be covered during the upcoming marketing campaign. Look for the flip flops to appear at RV shows around the country in the coming months.

2008.10.20 Continental Pacific Launches Family of Sites
Continental Pacific has launched a redesign of their corporate website as part of a program to bring more visibility to many of their North and South American properties. 3W Studios has also created a master template for the creation of property-specific mini-sites, each one providing full details of the property in question. The template can be easily customized for each property to account for their individual natures. Two of the satellite sites have been launched already, with another half-dozen in the works.

2008.10.20 A New Alternative
The Undrugs is a web-based company selling herbal medicine and dietary supplements. 3W Studios provided design and custom coding to implement a new online store using the OSCommerce platform. OSCommerce is an open-source shopping cart system, and 3W Studios had implemented numerous installations with varying levels of customization. The Undrugs uses PayPal integration to enable secure credit card processing once a shopper has filled their cart.

2008.10.02 Tallahassee Film Festival 2009 - Call For Entries
3W Studios is proud to be a sponsor of the 2009 Tallahassee Film Festival. As part of our sponsorship we have launched a redesign of the festival website. The 2009 Festival takes place in April. Currently the site focuses on the call for entries. 2008.09.30 FDDC Takes Control of Their Content
The Florida Development Disabilities Council launched their redesign in March. That same design has now been engineered into a content management system (CMS), giving FDDC staff complete control over the site. Using separation of design and content, 3W Studios deployed a fully functioned system that gives FDDC web-based tools to edit and add content, while leaving the site template undisturbed. The CMS allows FDDC to reduce their dependency on technical experts and increase efficiency within the organization.

2008.09.26 Darby Bank Wins ABA Award
Darby Bank - A Refreshing Change in Banking. That's the campaign that won this year's First Place prize in the American Bankers Association Marketing Awards competition. This prestigious banking community award has given the bank national exposure. Masterminded by Kidd Group, the campaign was ably supporting by Kidd Public Relations and 3W Studios, across all forms of media. This campaign is no stranger to success. Earlier this year it was awarded an honorable mention in the 2008 ReBrand awards, and the website won an ADDY from the Savannah Chapter of the American Advertising Federation.

2008.08.15 Nature Bridges Revamps Website
The leading top-down bridge building, Nature Bridges, has launched the third iteration of their website. Not a complete redesign, the overhaul is nevertheless substantial. The most obvious changes are visual, but numerous organizational changes have also been made based on improving usability. IDT has launched a series of international pages to support its global Redlake brand. Each site features native language copy and contact information for the regional distributor. The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV), Florida Rider Training Program (FRTP) and Tallahassee law enforcement have joined forces with area motorcyclists to launch a new motorcycle safety campaign. This statewide initiative focuses on promoting motorcycle visibility and safety in an effort to reduce fatalities on Florida’s roadways. 3W Studios provided the online press room to accompany public relations events staged by Kidd Public Relations. 2008.06.07 Florida Housing Commercial Touts Expo
The Florida Housing Finance Corporation engaged Kidd Group to promote the recent HomeBuyer Expo in Orlando. As part of the services, Kidd Group turned to 3W Studios to produce a 30-second TV commercial about the expo. Created in-house, the commercial uses playful animation based around the expo logo. The spot ran on regional television leading up to the event.

3W Studios was recognized by the 4th District of the American Advertising Federation at the 2008 Regional ADDY Awards, held May 3. After winning four gold ADDYs at the local level, 3W Studios can now add another gold and silver to this year's tally. Gold was awarded to our very successful self-promotional postcard campaign. 2008.03.17 FDDC Redesign ahead of Tough Legislative Session
The Florida Development Disabilities Council has launched a redesign as part of a major advocacy push during the current Florida legislative session. With the budget in crisis, every dollar is being scrutinized. FDDC has engaged Kidd Public Relations to assist in a major outreach effort to help prevent further budget cuts to some of the state's most vulnerable citizens. 3W Studios played its part by revamping a confusing and old website. 2008.03.10 3W Studios Steals The Show
The theme of this year's ADDY Awards was "Steal the Show". How appropriate then, that 3W Studios should do just that. With four gold awards, including a best of show, and two silvers, 3W took the most interactive top prizes on the night. Not to be left out, Kidd Group managed to bring home 19 awards, two of them gold; combined the divisions of Kidd Group were the most honored of the night. The winning work included Twenty3Twenty (Gold, Best of show), Travel With Conscience (Gold), Rhodes + Brito Architects (Gold) and New Leaf Market (Silver). 3W also one a gold and silver for self-promotion material. Not content with local success, 3W Studios also won a silver in the Savannah region competition for its work on the Darby Bank website, bring the total haul to 7. The ADDY Awards are the nation’s largest advertising contest, beginning at the local level, with gold awards moving on to district and nationwide competition. The event’s proceeds support the Tallahassee American Advertising Federation’s public service and educational advertising scholarships.

2008.02.22 Research in Review: Revamped
Florida State University started publishing Research in Review in 1969, with the mission to "inform the public, lawmakers, granting agencies, university supporters and officials at other universities about Florida State's scholarly activity and its relevance to taxpayers, commerce and academe". The existing website was not doing justice to its content, and needed to showcase the University's work in a more compelling fashion. It also needed to be easy to use and to update. The new design is at once more engaging, with additional interactive elements and a streamlined organization that helps readers and RinR staff alike.

IDT has long been a key player in the high-speed digital imaging arena. Through their alliance with Redlake, the company has expanded their range of products and services. The Florida Board of Governors is the statewide governance system for the 11 public universities in Florida. Their website is a central point for reporting information, public records and news about higher education in the state. 3W Studios provided a complete redesign, from the visual front-end to some of the deeper mechanics of the site. BOG staff now have a range of web-based tools at their disposal to keep the site current. These custom tools have been specially created to allow non-technical staff to use them, allowing a dramatic increase in division of labor and timeliness.

2008.01.14 Website Kicks Off National Campaign
Hearthside Grove is just a stone's throw from Lake Michigan. The 340-lot resort began a national marketing campaign this week by unveiling a new website at the Florida Recreational Vehicle Trade Association RV SuperShow. The first phase of the site provides a good overview of the area and the resort amenities. As part of an integrated campaign conducted by Kidd Group, it will act as the primary source of lead generation during the sales phase. As the resorts matures, expect more interactive content and tools such as online reservations.
