Presentations at Family Fest 2008 were designed to help in the effort to make a difference in the community.

Family Fest 2008 offered empowering programs for parents and children with Escape School presented by Myers Funeral Service teaching children how to recognize, avoid and escape potentially dangerous situations.  Back by popular demand the K-ID’s BMV ID van will update and pass out new ID cards for kids enabling parents to better equip themselves for a quicker response if their child were missing, lost or abducted.  Utopia Wildlife Rehabilitators Inc who provides medical care and wildlife rehabilitation will present extensive information and education on wildlife rehabilitation.
